Pakistani on tourist visa in UK, where can I travel outside UK?
i am holder of 10 Years multiple UK visitor visa (visa valid up till 2018) on my Pakistani passport. This is my third time travel to London/UK and intending to visit Paris/France and countries around!
Can i apply visit visa for France or any of European country from UK? OR which nearby country can give me visitor visa on entry?
looking forward to your guidance & advice. Thanks

You need to ask a French consulate in Pakistan if you can apply for the visa in the UK. I don't know of any EU countries that will give you a visa on entry.
According to this page of the French consulate in London, you would need to be a resident of the UK to apply for a French visa while there.

However, ask at the nearest French consulate to where you are now. There may be particular circumstances in your case that would make it possible.

You are most unlikely to get Schengen visa in UK, as you are only a visitor and not a resident with long-term visa. So get your visa in Pakistan. Schengen rule stipulates that if you are visiting several Schengen states, you apply from the consulate of the country which is your main destination (staying the longest), or if your stays are of equal length, the first country of arrival. You need pre-booked accommodation for every night of your stay, and it must be booked directly with the hotel concerned and not through reservation sites like Booking.com and Kayak.com. You can enter Ireland if you have visit visa for UK.

"You can enter Ireland if you have visit visa for UK."
It's almost unheard of for Alec to make a mistake in this highly complex area.
But as far as I'm aware, Pakistanis on a UK visa may NOT visit the Irish republic without a separate Irish visa (https://www.dfa.ie/travel/visas/visas-for-ireland/ ).
A Pakistani MAY - self-evidently - visit Northern Ireland. But the only two countries whose citizens are required to have a visa for the Republic, but may visit it merely on a suitably endorsed UK visa, are China and India.
Alec may know of some agreement that's not yet been published. But it's unlikely.
The straight answer to the poster's question is that there are no European countries giving visas on arrival to citizens of countries requiring visas. It's not quite the case that Schengen visas may be given in the UK only to those resident here: the residency status of London's population is far too complex, and the detailed procedures of each Schengen-area embassy too varied, for such sweeping generalisations ever to apply to every applicant.
But the timescale and documentation required for a Schengen visa application make it close to impossible for most conventional visitors to get one before they're due back home.

You will need to check with the websites of the countries you want to visit.
Europeans need an E-visa for Turkey. I don't know if Pakistanis also need one, or need a visa in the passport or maybe don't need a visa at all.
A quick search will tell you when you need a visa and how to get it.
