One more day in Athens, any suggestions?

So we've done 2.5 days in Athens (Travel report later):

National Archaelogical Museum
Acropolis and surrounding areas (including museum)
Hadrian's Arch / Library
Plaka
Flea Market
Ancient Agora
Roman Agora / Baths
Kerakiemos Cemetary
Temple of Hephaestus
Sygmata Square
National Garden
Temple of Olympia Zeus
Ermou Street
Olympic Stadium

Took a look at a few of the Athens guides and I think we've covered most of it.

We were thinking about doing that big hill tomorrow and maybe the Byzantine Museum and I'm not sure there's anything else that you guys think would be worth it. Maybe even a day trip, who knows. Suggestions?

I see you omitted Anafiotika on the north side of the Acropolis and the Central Markets on Athinas St., two of the most overlooked areas in Athens.

The Byzantine and Benaki Museums are in the same neighborhood and are worth a visit.
I agree that the Central Market is a fun visit. In addition to the meat and fish market, there are many stores selling soaps, lavender, nuts, fresh produce, etc.
I like taking the tram to Glyfada and walking around and grabbing a coffee. Much of the trip is along the coast and has some nice view.
If you want to go to Sounio which is further down the coast, there is a public bus or you can do a coach tour. The temple of Poseidon is definitely worth a visit. Or another half day trip to Ancient Corinth is good too.

I haven't been there yet, but my wish list -- based on the guidebooks I consulted -- includes not only the Byzantine and Benaki Museums and the Central Market, but also the:
Greek Folk Art Museum,
Museum of Popular Greek Muscial Instruments,
Museum of Cycladic Art,
Herakleidon Museum,
Kanellopoulos Musuem,
National Gallery,
Frissiras Museum, and
Ilias Lalaounis Jewelry Museum.

I'll be interested in seeing whether others comment on them.

The Cycladic Museum and Benaki Museums, near each other, in Embassy Row, short walk from Syntagma Square, below Kolonaki. If you only have time for one, go to Cycladic as it is so unique to Greece. Benaki has a good café for lunch.
Or take a food walking tour with Kostas at www.Athens-walks.com. Fabulous.

FOR Kja, since the original poster by now has Left Athens --

• The Jewelry Museum has different hours than others; check ahead. Sometimes can see goldsmiths working on items. Worth going if just to be inside a wonderful mansion where LaLounis lived.
• National Gallery - some source say closed; certainly not a major list item
• Instruments museum is minor, but FREE: u can hear how old instruments sounded. I bught a neat CD of a women's mandolin orchestra 1920s!
-- Herakleidon is handy to Thissio, not so much to others

If u are at all interesting in the intersection of politics - art - celebrity, you MUST visit Melina Mercouri Foundation ... not far from Roman Forum. Main floor is fab wall-size photorama bio of thi famed Actress (whose dad was once Athens mayor), who almost single-handedly rallied world opinion that finally overthrew 1970s "colonels" dictorship... and who became beloved Minister of Culture (to help Greeks learn their heritage, she made all state museums & ancient sites FREE for Greeks, until EU entry stopped it).
