Norway Cruise or Another Destination???
Just checking if a seven day cruise to the Norwegian fjords in July is a wonderful trip to take.
Looking for a short cruise but not the Caribbean or Bahamas. Coming from the States. any suggestions????
Thanks!

you will get more valid info if you go over to cruisecritic.com
There is a ton if info there on all sorts of cruises. Once you have booked a cruise you will be able to connect with people that will be on your same cruise. It's a fab site for cruise info. Hope this helps. Have fun!

I think a consideration might be:
I've been on Hurtigruten, this year it's going to be a seven day cruise from Rotterdam (on the Rotterdam, who could resist)
Part of the reason for this cruise and nog Hurtigruten is that on Hurtigruten you do indeed see a lot of coast, but there are only a few stops when you can explore or go on an excursion. The HAL cruise gives us a full day in places we love. But everyone's mileage varies of course.

Hurtigruten does not include the cost of drinking water in the charge for their Lunch and Dinner meal packages. You have to buy bottled water (approx. $5/US per bottle) They have Tap Water in their restaurant and FREE at breakfast but it is locked closed at lunch and dinner. Someone at Hurtigruten must be getting "Kick Backs" from the bottled water supplier.
