Yes they do. Train website says it is 50 meters from the station and the rate is $ 1.5 E per hour.
However, chaos reins in Naples. If you are not staying long, double park like others do in Italy. Good luck finding a parking spot in the lot.

Without knowing what you are wanting to do in Naples, I am going to make a suggestion. Park at the airport and take the Alibus directly down town rather than driving in the chaos of the city center. It might even take less time and be easier.

Although there's usually parking available in Piazza Garibaldi..

... I think you'll find that at present much of it is out of action, due to the major works that are going on - with creating room for the many buses that stop there having been given priority...

Perhaps a dropoff area at most, otherwise you'd probably need to use the carpark to the south east of the station...
Look for the "Napoli Centrale" entry, rather than "Napoli Garibaldi", here:

I don't know how long you intend to park your car, but there is a great indoor parking garage on Via Ferarra, around the corner from the train station. The car would be safe there, and it's pretty convenient to the train staion. One more thing-- If you rent a car from Hertz,(I rented at the Rome Airport, and driven to Naples,) you can park your car at this garage absolutely free any time. I've used this feature to park my rented Hertz car overnight many times. I don't think many people are aware of this.

We just got back from Naples ... there is MAJOR construction going on directly in front of the Central train station. Traffic is quite congested. If you have other alternatives other than to drive, use them! Have a great trip!
