Le Petit Parisien - 3 plans par Arrondissement, 2010 edition

Jump to last reply

Hi there! I was over on TA forums and learned that the above titled Paris map booklet has a 2010 edition - mine is either 2001 or 2005, so I thought I needed a newer one. I know most will say, buy it when you get there, but that isn't my personality type much, especially b/c I like to study maps in advance. So, why not buy one online? Well, shipping cost from France comes to mind... however, I gave it a shot anyway - here is what I did:

I ordered a new 2010 "le Petit Parisien 3 plans..." book from MASSIN. I used the link provided by djkbooks:
http://www.massin.fr/plans-de-paris/754-le-petit-parisien.html

I created an account for the order. I got crafty and googled for coupon codes, and found one that WORKED. The book was billed to me at 5.85€ and the coupon code removed the shipping entirely! no matter that I am having it sent to my USA address. The code I used was MASSIN12 .

If any fellow Paris fans want to get a newer booklet, you can try this yourself and you can always cancel/back out of the order if it isn't working the way mine did. I have received email conf that the book has shipped. . .

Note that this booklet is around 5x8 inches, so pocketbook size, not pocket size. It has 3 pages per arr, one for streets, one for metro lines & stops over the streets, and one for bus lines & stops over the streets. It is much easier to use than the map books you'll find for buses only. If you shop online by using the ISBN, you will find mostly older versions - - the 2010 as same ISBN as the old ones.

Hope someone else finds this helpful!
