Hi:

We're traveling to Spain in April and wondering if anyone can recommend Jewish tours of Toledo and/or Seville. We're interested in history, architecture, descriptions of Jewish life past and present in these cities.

Sorry, I do not know who offers tours. But another town to consider is Girona, outside of Barcelona, which was a center for the Kabbalah, I beleive in the 13th century.

Also visit Cordoba is you can--there is a synagogue and Jewish quarter you may like to visit.
