Ireland - Stops from Doolin to Kinsale and Kinsale to Wexford

3 friends are hiring a car/driver to take us from Doolin down to Kinsale and then Kinsale to Wexford. We've already done the Ring of Kerry/Dingle Peninsula and visited Cork and are looking for other places to stop along the way. Any suggestions for interesting stops on the drive from Doolin to Kinsale? I imagine will be inland and we will have already been to Ennis and Adare. Our second road trip will be from Kinsale to Wexford, what towns along the coast and/or inland towns would you suggest visiting?

2 of us have already been to Ireland several times and so we're looking for suggestions from others who have discovered interesting places to visit that are not part of any top 10 list that we've already seen.

Thank you,
Kristin

Why ask on a forum you are paying a professional driver to take you from A to B what do they recommend.

To be honest you have a long haul on both legs The first is a drop South through low tourist interest sections and the second is a run along the south coast that could fill a week let alone a day.

What are the interests of your group?

If you have a chance, stop at Fishy Fishy when you are in Kinsale. Wonderful food and great dessert!
