The weather in February is usually cold, it can even snow in many parts of Greece, especially in mountainous regions.
Northern Greece has a very cold weather, something most people ignore, as they mostly visit in the Summer...
In cities like Kastoria, Florina or Ioannina, -10 C is no suprize...
The further south you go, the milder the climate becomes, always with the exception of the mountains.
Athens can have from 2-15 C, which is not that bad, there are days when we have warm sunny weather and the temperature goes up to 20 C ( you can even sit outside), but this rather the exception than the rule.
The question is what you 'd like to see.... As for islands, almost everything will be closed, weather will be cold, so it won't be a good idea to go there.
Rhodes and Crete are the warmest islands, they have big cities and there is life also in the winter, if you stay in one of the bigger cities such as Herakltion, Rethymnon or Chania.
Athens of course is a very active city , and has a lot to offer from Museums, archeological sites, great food and amazing nighlife.
You could easily spend 3-4 days in Athens, and make a small tour of the Mainland to Nafplio( a beautiful small town, from where you can visit Mycenae, Epidaurus, Tiryns) and Olympia, where you can see the birthplace of the Olympic Games.

If you are thinking about beach weather - there isn't any place in europe that has beach weather in winter. Many of the resorts/islands will be closed for the season. I fyou are going to tour historical sights the weather can range from moderate to snow - depending on exact part of Greece.
