France private car
Has anyone had an experience with hiring a private car with driver from Paris to Bayeux. I
found a company (Club Shuttle Paris) that does the trip both ways. Has anyone used this company
with good results? Thanks.

I just took a train, did you know a train goes to Bayeux? I realize maybe some people prefer the comfort or personal service of a private car, just thought you might not know about the train. The train leaves from Paris St Lazare. Some runs require a connection in Caen, which is easy, but there are direct trains, also.
It appears that company does transfers from a Paris airport to Bayeux, is that what you are wanting? At least that way you would avoid having to get from the airport into Paris to get to St Lazare, so I could see that point.

To clarify, we are 4 adults all around 80 years of age.
I have looked at train schedules and they all have train
changes, some of which are only 11 minutes. Since we will be traveling with luggage to deal with it could be a problem.
We intend to stay in Bayeux for 3 days and return to Paris.

With a group of 4, you might be able to find transportation by car for a reasonable amount. But considering the fact that a private transfer would have to return from Bayeux to Paris empty and probably also drive from Paris to Bayeux empty to pick you up again, I kind of doubt it.
In case you don't find a private service, you should know that the train transfers are designed to be accessible to all users, and those people on the platform who blow the whistle would absolutely never do so if they saw people struggling to reach the train (which is often just on the other side of the same platform). Those provincial stations generally have no more than 4 tracks total and even 5 minutes would be more than enough for a transfer, particularly since the other train hasn't even arrived when you do, so you just have to wait for it.
Also, the SNCF provides free assistance in its stations for the truly disabled (but not just people with too much luggage).

We have started using private transfers at the start of our trips and found it very helpful when we are jetlagged. We used Elegance Limousines last month to take us from CDG to Rouen after flying to France and later for transport to Paris with a sight seeing stop along the way. They are based in Rouen, both drivers we had spoke English and we enjoyed their company.
