do suites have 2 bathrooms?

We are a family of 4 thinking of renting suites in our trip to london, paris and cannes. Do suites come with 2 bathrooms? I know 5 star hotels will be too expensive so we are thinking of staying a 3 or 4 star with perhaps a 2 bedroom suite.

Few will have two bathrooms - but there are some. Mostly in VERY upscale properties. You might want to consider renting apartments instead. Many (Most, actually) will only have one bathroom, but a larger % will have 1.5 or 2 baths. And you would have much more space than in any hotel room.

No, not necessarily. You should be looking into renting a 3-bdrm, 2-bath flat (apartment) for your stay. Do a web search for "self catering flats apartments london".

You might also look into adjoining rooms - the type conected by a door you can open. You wouldn't have the sitting area of a suite but you would have the two bathrooms.

You will not find suites with 2 bathrooms in 99.9% of the places. I'd suggest getting two rooms, with 4 people it's simply more convenient. If you can afford 4 star hotels I'd go down a notch to 3*** and get two rooms. I do not think Citidine's have 2 bathrooms either (I could be wrong, but I don't think so).

We have stayed at Scala House Apts. in London (and will again in April) and they have a full bath and a "clockroom", i.e. a toilet and sink. We found that very convenient and there are only two of us. It's not 4**** tho, I'd say 3***. There are two bedrooms, living room, dining area and full kitchen with small washer/dryer. Plenty of closet space too. Great views if you are up high too. Check out their website. We've found an apt. is really convenient and less expensive in most cases then a hotel anyway. It's nice to have a kitchen even if you don't plan on cooking - snacks and/or breakfast can be more economical that way. We've also rented other apts. in London in the past but none had 2 full bathrooms.

that's a Cloakroom - not clockroom - unless you watch the clock while someone is in there
