Cosmetics/beauty creams etc. in Italy

OK - so I found a posting on cosmetics in Paris. I am not going to Paris..but...I am going to Italy (YEA!). Any suggestions from all the Fodorites? Greatly appreciated!

The old timers used plain olive oil on their hair.
