Bernina express reservations/tickets

Hi, I hope somebody can help me. I managed to book reservations on the Bernina express for August but there was no option to buy the tickets as well when I did it. Do you pay for reservations first and get the tickets later? How can I buy my tickets for my reserved seats?

Where did you book the reservation?

Did you use the Rhaetian rail site? http://www.rhb.ch/Home.1643.0.html?&L=4

Or the Swiss federal Railways site? www.sbb.ch/.en

Yes, I did. I keep logging in to check if there' s an option for me to buy the tickets but there isnt. Will it be ok to buy them when we get there and just show my reservations?

Even I was checking yesterday...you could only reserve...maybe the tickets are not on sale yet...

If I have done my research right, you can buy on the day

for example if you are going from Tirano to Chur and then onwards to Zurich, you can take the ticket at Tirano station which would include your travel on the bernina as well as the local train to zurich..

I did the same thing. You can purchase the tickets at the train station. We bought them at the Zurich station and then took the train from there to Chur and on to Tirano

We reserved our leg on the Golden Pass panoramic 9:30 a.m. Lucerne-Interlaken at 8 ch pp, but will purchase our Swiss Rail pass upon arrival in Zurich.

Hi guys, thank you all. Just one more question, is it easy to use credit cards to pay for tickets or do I need to bring cash with me?
