Well, I called the number to ask for the "Personally Yours Itineraries"... the agent didn't know, put me on hold, and asked Customer Service. She returned to the call and transferred me to "International". That agent didn't know, put me on hold and went to ask her team leader. After 5-6 minutes, I hung up.
So... they might have them but they don't know where they are.

Uhmmm... this was a half page ad in Travel Agent magazine's most recent issue! and was meant for agents to tell clients about so was not just for agents. Maybe AVIS doesn't try harder. Maybe try online.

They do have numerous .pdf files online, for the itineraries - and then one .pdf for the driving guide.

I called the number just underneath the list of files, right from their website, where it says to 'call to receive a hard copy..'.... oh well. We'll just print off whatever we want, but it isn't the "same" (book-lover).

Actually it was an ad in TravelWeekly magazine - makes little difference, but for the record....

and says "Avis tries harder for you )agent) and your clients by offering 4 more Personally Yours pre-printed driving tours in Europe. The new Personally Yours itineraries include: (4 i referenced in OP)
"Now available for a total of 23 European regions, the Personally Yours route is traced on a large-scale map, which means an easy and exciting trip for you and your clients"

"To obtain a hard copy of the itineraries call 1-800-698-5674 or download at avis.com/europe (click on International Assistance Program tile)

In aug 21, 2006 issue of TravelWeekly magazine.
