a wonderful vegetarian resto in Nice

from today's NY Times
(the recipe for a sage frittata sounds simple and tasty!)

Yes a pretty good adress in Nice.
Facing the port with a tiny terrace outside. Too hot to day to take advantage of it, may be to night...

I will be in Nice in 48 days and will definitely try them as I love vegetarian food and will give a report when I get back.

Thanks for posting this - it sounds wonderful ! I like the sound of a chef who 'believes in using “too much” garlic'

I've been there. It's very good. There is no menu (at least not at night--not sure about lunch) but you are served a multi-course meal of what they've prepared that day. By the 3rd course I could barely eat anymore. The staff was also very nice.

ps-there was no menu the day we were there for lunch either. Staff got such giggles watching us try to keep eating!
