Hi<BR><BR>My other post prompted me to ask this - who has filled their passports, or even asked for filler pages for extra visas/stamps?<BR><BR>did you ever schedule a trip near the wire, just to fill the darn thing? (obsessive I know but hey, I bet a lot of travel junkies here would do it!)<BR><BR>were the trips for pleasure, for work, and what was the breakdown in continents?<BR><BR>just curious...

My son almost has<BR>Most of Europe, Thailand, Japan, Nepal and Mars I think <BR>Which leads me to wish that I were planning a trip to somewhere far off and interesting right now.sigh.

Many countries don't even bother with stamping passports, and some stamps are unreadable. <BR>Frankly I find getting excited about the number of stamps in a passport about as lame as checking off how many places you've visited or comparing notes to see who has been to the most countries. Sad. I'm far more concerned with the quality of my trips than how many stamps I can get in a passport, but if it turns you on, more power to you.

It would be hard nowadays because not many countries stamp passports. They just scan the info to the computers.

My Dad did. Back when he had about 3 multi-legged foreign trips a year. He was able to get an addendum to the stamp part of the pasport.
