4 Days from Barcelona to Prague: Suggested routes, stops, etc?
I will be traveling to a few cities in Europe over 3 weeks in late December to mid January. Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague and Barcelona are already planned. I have 4 days between Barcelona and Prague. I am looking for suggestions for possible routes and/or destinations along the way. I am open to traveling by train or by cheap flights. Does suggestions?

I should note that the cold doesn't bother me. Temps where I live avg around 20°F ( often times much colder, even dipping below 0°F on occasion) in January. Although I think that staying in Barcelona would be nice, I'd like to see a little more.

Madrid (Iberia). Vienna (Austrian). Zurich (Swiss Air). Rome (Alitalia). All perfectly doable in a flight schedule, Iberia being the cheapest of the lot. Or fly really cheap via Brussels (Brussels Airlines).

Ok, describe the "more" and you can get better suggestions than just "stay in Barcelona so you don't freeze." You could also daytrip up a storm from Barcelona (Girona, Zaragosa, Valencia, Montserrat).

Getting out of Barcelona by train can be tedious, but if you're up for it you can get to Perpignan or one of the more northerly stations and rent a car. Then drive into Provence, stay a few nights and fly to Prague from either Marseilles or Lyon.
If you flew to Lyon from BCN you could take a car south into Provence or north into Burgundy. Not the best time of year for either place, though.
Or you could fly to Basel-Mulhouse and take a car to a variety of destinations in Switzerland, then retrace and fly to Prague from Basel.
Or something similar to Munich.
Really, the options are limitless and not expensive if you pick destinations served by budget airlines.
