10 days in Europe (Spain+?)

Hey

After much deliberation (and backlash at my previous post being too vague and non-researched ) we've decided on the following destinations. Half of the trip is decided but I'm still confused about the second half of the trip. Requesting you guys to please bear with me and help me out

This is what we're 100% sure on :-

Fly Delhi-Barcelona
3-4 days in Barcelona with a day trip to either Montserrat/Stiges/Costa Brava (need help here)

Barcelona - Ibiza
3 Nights in Ibiza

I'm kind of at a loss after this, do we do southern spain for 3/4 nights after this - Sevilla/granada or maybe do Cannes/south of France or just ditch all of that and go to amsterdam for 3 days and then fly back to Delhi- India.

Those who missed my previous post - We're a group of 6 people (couples) 25-28 years old, we love beaches, partying, natural beauty. Museum/Art aren't a priority for us, we would love to see new places, meet people etc..

Do let me know your suggestions and thoughts.
Thanks!
P.S. we're planning this for 15-25th June, is that a good time for Ibiza?

Regards

First half makes sense and certainly beaches from Barcelona and in Barcelona are good.

You might like Seville/Cordoba/Malaga as Grenada will be a bit wasted on you. Malaga is much nicer than Marbella just along the coast.

Good time from Ibiza you need to read this https://www.ibiza-spotlight.com/night/club_dates_i.htm

<love beaches, partying, natural beauty>

Then both Barcelona, Málaga and Ibiza would be spot on and very different.

These links might be useful.

Thanks!
Here are the final options
1)

2)

Del -barcelona
barcelona - ibiza
ibiza- malaga
Drive from malaga -barcelona
barcelona- Delhi
Keeping the entry and exit cities same is cheaper ultimately.

3)
Del -barcelona
barcelona - ibiza
ibiza- Barcelona
Drive from barcelona -Nice (montpellier- cannes etc.)
Nice- Delhi

What do you guys say, which would be better?

Are you absolutely certain that the savings you get using the same city for arrival and departure is enough to justify using up a whole day of travel out of your vacation time, plus the extra travel cost?

Consider how much each day of sightseeing is actually costing you. Take the cost of the whole trip, including travel costs, hotels, etc. Divide it by how many days you have on the ground for sight seeing. If the total per day comes to say, $400.00, that is how much that day lost to travel getting back to Barcelona is actually costing you. Are you saving that much?

If you do RT Barcelona, just fly, don't drive back and don't drive to Nice. You don't have time for such a complex trip.

Kimhe's advice is good.

If you do insist on RT Barcelona, fly into Barcelona and straight on to Ibiza. You will be tired anyway, will save checking into and out of hotels twice and the heavier sightseeing will be at the end when you are rested.

Day 1, arrive Ibiza via Barcelona
Day 2, Ibiza
Day 3, Ibiza
Day 4, Ibiza
Day 5, fly to Malaga
Day 6, Malaga
Day 6, Malaga
Day 7, fly to Barcelona
Day 8, Barcelona
Day 9, Barcelona
Day 10, Barcelona
Day 11, fly home

If you do not have 10 full days on the ground, cut a day from come place. Your choice.
Remember, there is a beach near Barcelona too, so if you have more sightseeing time than you need there, you can do another beach day.

I wouldn't go to Nice, not really a party town unless you have a LOT of money.

Malaga to Barcelona, I'd take the train or fly it not drive it.

Well definitely skip the Amsterdam idea. That makes no sense at all on this itinerary and time frame.

Thanks guys.
I missed out on posting the first option, that was Mallorca instead of Malaga.. I'm sure we would be tired after Ibiza, so the rest of the places don't have to be party town as such.

@Sassa
We end up saving around $200 per person by keeping the return city as the same.
Since we're a group, some of us want to save that and keep the return city as Barcelona only, whereas a few are planning to keep the return city as whatever the last city of the trip is.
For instance, if my trip is
Barcelona- Ibiza- Mallorca- Barcelona

My friend is choosing
Barcelona - Ibiza- Mallorca- Paris/Nice/Amsterdam (whatever we decide)

So now, final recommendations??

1) Barcelona-Ibiza-Mallorca/Malaga-Barcelona
2) Barcelona-Ibiza-South of France -Paris
3) Barcelona- Ibiza- Amsterdam (in any order)

Hey
Thanks for all the suggestions! We've taken the advice and decided to stick to only Spain for 8-9 nights and skip Italy this time.
The plan now is
Delhi- Barcelona (no nights here)- Ibiza (3nights)
From Ibiza we fly to either Sevilla/Malaga/Granada/Córdoba
And from there we drive to or take the train to Barcelona and spend 2 nights there and then fly back to India
So now the question is, what route do we take after Ibiza? which of these places do we go to? Sevilla/Malaga/Granada/Córdoba or some other place or 2 of these? Or Majorca and 1 of these? We have 4-5 nights between Ibiza and Barcelona.
Also, is the drive worth it or do we take a train to Barcelona?

While I can understand your desire to see these places, are you sure you can see them in the time you have available? I certainly would not be able to do so!

I recommend that you get some good guidebooks (or spend some time with a few in your local library), identify the things you most want to see in each location, check their opening/closing times on the internet, and mark them on a calendar. Pencil in your transportation, add some time on either side (for getting to/from your lodging, checking in/out, packing/unpacking, getting oriented, etc.). Then see how things fit together. You might end up deciding to cut a destination or two.... BTW, note that many things in Spain are closed on Monday, and often for all or part of Sundays too; and many things in Spain will also be closed daily for a very long mid-day break.

And please note that NONE of us can tell you what you should see or make a priority -- it really is up to YOU.
