I was one the Sovereign three weeks ago and even though it is twelve years old it still seems to be in good condition.
Inside the ship it is the same as any other RCCL ship, it is'nt run down and the interior is in good condition.
ANy other questions just email me anytime.
Was on Sovereign week before last and was not at all satisfied. The small cabins were not a problem at all, but the food was not too great, and the crowd was rather un-sophisiticated, and the entertainment was not too great. Also the weather was horrible. Can't blame that on RCCL. Much prefer my two cruise experiences on Celebrity.

P.S.--The America Cup Racing Shore Excursion was offered at half price ($50.00 per person) and was one hell of a fun time--very exhausting "crewing". Would have been a great adventure even at full cost. Take it!!

My wife and I recently got back from a trip on this ship. In my opinion I would try somewhere else. The food caliber was poor. The rooms were poorly insulated for sound. The bathrooms could use some work. And half the clubs were not available during the times posted. if you have any furthur questions please feel free to e-mail me.
