Dan:

I was thinking of a cruise but decided not to go. I looked at a Disney Cruise brochure and looks like the Grandchildren could be entertained more easily and there are family suites on this cruise ship. Usually this is not the case w/all the others.

I just did the grand with my kids: 7,9,12,14 and 15. They are split up into 2-7, 8-12 and teens. The teens didn't quite catch on with their group, but the others had a great time, and loved the kids club. Disney charges 2x as much for the 3rd and 4th passenger, from what I've seen. We stopped at Disney on the way, though, so they got to do the Disney thing, also.

Mike

Carnival has Great Children's Programs and has been voted Best Family Cruiseline by Family Circle and Southern Living.
There is plenty to do for All age groups and prices are usually Much lower that Disney.
