Bad travel agent
I live in the southeast that had the bad snowstorm 4 weeks ago. Newlands Travel in Aiken never called my payment in and I about lost my cruise since there were only 2 cabins left on a 300 passenger ship. I had to call my payment in after getting the okay from the cruise ship's management. I found out later on the cruise ship's web site that a 200 dollar credit was also to come with the room. I got this also applied. I have e-mailed Porthole Magazine and Cruise Travel about this ordeal but would like other information how to report bad travel agents.

Although they should have been more responsible in getting the Payment called in, I do not feel you should blame them entirely. They could not get to work, they had your information there.<BR>Hate to say it Vic, but another Case for "Garage Agents" like me. I am almost always at "my office" and this type of thing would not occur.
