Info on Cap Juluca please!

Any info would be much appreciated! We enjoy luxury, however, we do not have want to have to get too dress up... Plus, will my 12 and 15 year old children feel welcome? Plus- how's the food! Thanks in advance!

I toured the Cap while I was on Anguilla in January.. It seemed very stuffy, no children.. no one under 50 that I saw.. It seemed like a place for wealthy retirees.. We stayed at the Cuisinart.. which was gorgeous! The grounds were nicer, as was the pool and I think kids would enjoy it alot more.. I would definitely return to the CUisinart..

My wife and I stayed a week this summer at Cap Juluca and loved it. We are under 50 as were the majority of the people. I did not see a lot of kids, nor did I see a lot of kids anywhere in Anguilla, but the ones that were there seemed to be having a great time with thewater sports. They can ski or tube.

We also visited Cuisinart and we felt Cap was much better for us. Cuisinart is smaller, land wise, busier, noiseier, and the beach is nowhere near the quality of Cap.

Hope this helps

Ditto that. At C.J. now. As a repeat guest I much prefer Cap. Place looks great! I also appreciate the more natural looking grounds at Cap. Gardens at Cuis. are nice but you can see that type of landscaping anywhere.

Thank goodness, we are still way under 50, and we have stayed at Cap many times! It is beautiful, romantic, luxurious and not at all stuffy. You definitely do NOT need to get dressed up. We like the food, although there are so many wonderful restaurants on Anguilla that I would never recommend having all your meals at the resort. As for children~ they are welcomed by the staff, and probably tolerated by the other guests (except during school vacations, when there are many more around.) We keep it as the one vacation we take without the kids! Good luck, and enjoy!
