Good resort for mid-20's and their parents in Turks and Caicos-Breezes?
Which island good for parents and two adults in 20's?
Aruba, Virgin Islands, or Breezes at Turks and Caicos in February?
Nice beaches, safe, some nightlife, sunset cruises, scuba/snorking?

no breezes in t&c. you're too old for the beaches resort but there is a club med with all of your list. water is a smidge cool in feb.
bvi is good for diving/snorkeling you might look at wyndham sugar bay.
grand cayman would provide all you're seeking.

I would suggest Aruba. Will be warmer in February. Not a big spring break destination. Excellant restaurants, decent nightlife, safe, and sunset cruises. Scuba and snorkeling is good, but not as good as Grand Cayman, T & C or USVI. Look at the Westin or the Raddison on Palm Beach. They are located literally across the street for resturants, shopping, bars and entertainment.
