Direct Flights - SXM

UsAirways in past had flown non-stop to SXM (st martin) every day of the week from PHiladelphia. It appears now that they only go on Sat (and maybe Sunday) The rest of the week you need to go through Charlotte. Makes it difficult now to get to SKB when going less than a week. (3 flights) Does anyone know if this is temporary or no more non-stop everyday PHL-SXM!

The only flights I've seen landing there in the afternoon of the past year or so are from Charlotte. I don't recall a flight from Philly being on the schedule in the past year or so. Therefore, my guess is that it is a permanent thing.

Perhaps someone else can chime in that is more certain.

Thanks, I know 2 people from my work that went to SXM non-stop from PHL non-weekends this past March/Apr, that is why I was shocked when I looked and saw it was no longer everyday. OH Well that's the airlines!

We have the same issue in CLT for certain destinations. We can only get to Antigua on weekends direct. SXM, anytime. (Us Air also, of course).
