I am going to Regina the end of March and was wondering if there are any attractions I shouldn't miss while there.

RCMP Heritage Centre, http://www.rcmpheritagecentre.com/index.php/splash/welcome
Unfortunately, you probably have the only decent answer already, and even that is debatable.
We are going for an RCMP graduation so we will be seeing the Heritage Centre..thank you Ron. Does anyone know if it is worth the drive to MooseJaw to see the tunnels?..Is there anything else surrounding Regina?..This maybe my only trip to the area and I don't want to regret missing something interesting.
Okay, if you HAVE to be there, you could try the Regina Plains Museum

and I suppose the government buildings

As for the Moose Jaw tunnels - I have not been, but I have heard that it is not that entertaining. If you read the description and thinkit might be corny, than you should probably go with that feeling.
The major museum in Regina is the natural history museum, the Royal Sakatchewan Museum. I haven't been there in decades, but I guess Queen Elizabeth liked it enough to give it the Royal designation in 1993.
If you have any interest in modern art, the MacKenzie Art Gallery on the legislative precinct is worth an hour or so.
And, yes, I'd spend the 45 minutes to drive to Moose Jaw to see the tunnels. The Chinese Immigrant tour is probably more authentic than the Al Capone one, but the Al Capone is fun. The Western Development Museum in Moose Jaw is worth a look if you have any interest in learning about early transportation in the West. And you could loop back to Regina via Rouleau to see the Corner Gas set.
The tunnels are kind of interesting although I thought kind of hokey- I was more interested in the real history and we didn't get a lot of that. I think we must have done the Al Capone tour.
Have to say, there is not a lot to see in that area of the country
