Montreal Quebec road trip with kids
We are traveling with kids ages 10, 7, 3.
Booked accommodations, but have not looked into what to do at all, suggestions please!
Itinerary: cabin camping in morin heights, mount Tremblant condo in the pedestrian village, old Quebec City, stoneham area cottage, and 2 nights in Montreal staying in Milton park.
Would love to have ideas for best short hikes, picnic spots, lake swimming, waterfalls in the area to get these kids exposed to some nature. Other super kid friendly city stuff good too.
Thank you!

Quebec City is a walled fortress which is like Disneyland for real. A quick ride: the funicular that goes from the boardwalk adjacent to the Chateau Frontenac hotel down to the level of the river. Rather longer: The Citadel, the working fort that dominates the famous battlefield of the Plains of Abraham. The kids can visit ancient army barracks, see old cannon, and in the summer see the redcoats troop of the storied Royal 22nd troop the colours, along with the regiment's magnificent billygoat mascot Batiste. (Not in bad weather, though, since the bearskin hats don't like rain.) Another cheap thrill is to take the ferry across the river to Levis; not much to do there except come back but the views of the city are magnificent. 15 kilometres east of the city, Montmorency Falls is a popular provincial park with walkways around the torrent.
