Wildlife Expedition to India's Western Ghats
So on our FIFTH trip to India, we decided we'd had enough of the mess up north and decided to focus on one of the less-visited regions in search of India's amazing fauna. So off to the Western Ghats it was! What an amazing trip. Sure the bureaucracy was the same as always, but the species we spotted and scenery were spectacular. Take a look at our trip report below!

Thank you! I so enjoy your reports. I only wish I could go with you and see these sights. I would never be able to spot a fraction of the wildlife you photograph. An who could do all the early mornings, treking, etc. But, it is great to at least see your pictures. Cookie gets even more handsome.

Wondeful, cokesmith! The western ghats are indeed a different world from the Northern part of the country!! Sounds like you didn't stay long in Nagarhole? I was lucky--saw a tiger there she stain near Kabini Lake. you have inspired me to return to areas i didn't see last time, e.g. Valparai. Thank you to you and your family.
