Hi
You can fly to Vietnam > Thailand and then Singapore.
For cheap flight from Vietnam to Thailand and Singapore
http://www.airasia.com/th/en/home.page
and this http://www.tigerairways.com/th/en/

In Thailand , you can stay around Siam - Skukhumbvit road it would be easy for you to take Airportlink from the Airpost to BTS.
here map: http://www.bts.co.th/customer/en/02-route-current.aspx
Airport link site: http://airportraillink.railway.co.th...tyline_a.html#
hope this help.

I will suggest you to start with the closest country from your starting point.

There are many many cheap flights to every of your desired countries. You can compare the rate of the flight first. Let see if you could pay less if visit VN, TH or SIN first.

Anyways, to travel around while you are in SIN and TH, you can take Bus, MRT, or Taxi. I can suggest emphasize on Thailand as i'm here.

We have many airlines for you to book via both online or agency. Traveling around, you can also take a subway or skytrain, except for some areas that you might need to take a taxi or bus. The cost is just around 40-120 THB. for taxi (2-5 USD per time).

For SIN, the rate of traveling is pretty much the same as i remembered.

For VN, it could be more difficult because of the communication obstacle and it's hard to find the MRT or skytrain, i will leave this for someone who is more professional then
