If you want to go to Burma, take 10 days for that country. That will give you a first taste of the country, which is changing rapidly. The other countries will be the same next year or the years after - Burma will not.

Two weeks is good for one country, if you want to experience it at least a little bit more. You can travel Vietnam along it's eastern coast in a week, but you will see only those turistic places, even not all of the famous. Good thing is for example to spend some time in one city, rent a motorbike and get off the popular track. But you need time for that.

I agree. Only just really opening, Myanmar is the way to go. But you might want to get local tour company to guide you since there is a quite a bit off the beaten path to see. Luxury Travel Vietnam (yes, they have outfits in Myanmar) can sort you out and is good about changing trips in case you change your mind.

Also, You can't go wrong with Angkor Wat.

There are so many places of interest in Myanmar- Ancient Pagodas, Ancient colony building,Ancient Palace of ancient Myanmar king and It is very nice Ayeayarwaddy View and difference race's culture. Besides, You can go everywhere independently. There are so many transportation in there. It is boat transportation, Bus and flight.

If you want to go to Myanmar, choose a local company in Yangon to make your arrangements. Companies located elsewhere do not have the connections to get you the best prices on accommodation, get flight tickets, etc.

Awesome you guys, i cant thank you enough. Looks like I'm doing Myanmar after all your comments. I do realize that two weeks isn't much to see two countries, so I'll take your advice for it and hit Myanmar.

Any specific recommendations there? I will start to get in touch with travel agents, but some tips from anyone who has already been there would be great.
