Has anyone traveled with this company that specializes in Asia, particularly in SE Asia.? Of so, what is your opinion of them? It offers what we are looking for but I have never heard of them.

Given that this is an Australian-based travel agency, I wouldn't use them for SE Asia. Why not? In my experience international agents are much higher priced than local agencies. They sub-contract to local agencies, so you end up paying for their subcontracting process.
There are times in when local agencies can get you a better deal - sometimes a much better deal - on hotels, car and driver, guides if you want them, etc.
Where are you planning on traveling? I'm sure you can get good recommendations for local agencies from people here. SE Asia is very easy travel to arrange on your own, but in some locations it pays to use a local agency.

It is based in the Denver area, USA with satellite offices in UK and Australia.
We are looking at travel to Burma and Laos.I've seen mention of Santa Rita for Burma on Fodor's but want to combine it with Laos.
Any suggestions for a local agency that works in both countries?

Interesting, when I googled it, I only came up with the Australian address.
There are quite a number of excellent local agents in Burma. For Burma, I'd only use a local agent - you need someone with local connections. We used Santa Maria for both go our trips to Burma - they are excellent, but there are many others as well. One Stop i sone that Silver Swimmer likes, for instance,
You don't really need an agent for Laos - you can buy flights online and make hotel reservations online. And I can't think of anywhere that you need a guide in Laos. What did you want an agent to do for you for Laos?
