Is this a good airfare to Ft. Myers?
I need to fly from Hartford (BDL) to Ft. Myers (RSW) over Martin Luther King weekend. Right now I am seeing the lowest flight from BDL on Delta for $199. What has been other's experience on fares during that time of year? Does this seem like a fare to purchase? Thanks

Since you've booked on one of the major airlines, if the price goes down for the exact itinerary you've bought, you can get an airline credit for the difference in price. I've had this happen a few times with Delta and Northwest and have been happy to use the credits toward future flights.

I appreciate your replies. I need to do my research and possibly take an earlier flight to avoid something like this happening to me.
I talked to my husband this morning and he made it safely to MUN and on time. His US Airways left ORF at 1805 & arrived PHL at 1900 with 75 minutes before the flight was scheduled to leave for MUN.
What I couldn't understand is how US Airways could bump someone who was on THEIR ORF-PHL flight & ontime with over one hour to spare? They knew he was coming in - it is in their computer.
