Air France 777-200: Help With Seat in Premium Economy

I am flying New York to Paris in Premium Economy--777-200 both ways. I normally opt for a bulkhead aisle when available; however, I have read a number of negative comments about Row 22 on this aircraft. Is it less spacious? Is there less legroom? Any feedback would be much appreciated. I know the foot rest is missing but I'd be happy to sacrifice it for more space. Thanks!

Seat guru dot com shows extra leg room (green) for row 22, but cautions about the aisle seat (yellow). I take their seat recs with a grain of salt. I don't mind not having the storage space at my feet (under the seat in front of me) as I prefer NOT to have someone reclining into my knees! I would probably want the window in row 22.

seatguru doesn't even show premium economy on this aircraft yet.

I couldn't find anything on Seatguru either. On the Air France chart row 22 appears to have more space than the others. FYI, the seats are shell seats, they don't recline.

I have no experience on this aircraft, but charts mean nothing. In general, while bulkheads may have extra "face room", some have reduced "foot room" if there is no cutout in the bulkhead. That's what you need to worry about, especially if you're tall. With the extra room for PE, I doubt it's going to matter much either way.

I'm only 5' 1" so "face room" takes priority over "foot room."
