Don Giovanni has reputable sparkling wines, and also produces some Tannat, Merlot, and red blends. Turn up for a tour of the barrel rooms and cellar, or book ahead to arrange a more formal tasting in their tasting lab, or the sunset tasting, from a viewing deck among the vines.
