Sunlight streaming through the large storefront windows renders the dining room bright and cheerful. Lamb is the specialty here, served in a variety of ways, including curried, grilled with rosemary, and grilled on skewers in a marinade of lemon, garlic, and white wine. There are several vegetarian dishes, including spanakopita and roasted red-pepper orzo. Niko's boasts the largest wine list in the Inland Northwest—more than 1,200 choices.
