Old Country Store and Museum

A quirky spot to pick up maple syrup, aged cheeses, jams, molasses, penny candy, and other treats, this rambling shop dates to 1781 and also contains antique farm and forging equipment and other artifacts.

Old Faithful Basin Store

The al fresco Farmers Market offers homegrown produce such as watermelons and green chiles (in season), as well as handcrafted souvenirs and jewelry, on the plaza noon to 4 Sunday and 11 to 4 Friday year-round. The Old Mill Store

The Old Mill Store specializes in handmade and hand-crafted pieces made by local artists and craftspeople, including jewelry, hand-carved boxes, whimsical leather goods, coffee tables, consoles, and so much more. Here, the art of the unexpected is celebrated. Look for paintings, sculpture, hand-hewn furnishings, pottery, and vintage toys on your treasure hunt, and refuel with an ice cream cone from the general store.

Old Sautee Store

This unique shop has been operating continuously since 1872. The front part of the store operates more as a museum, with antique farming implements, old-timey tonics and soaps, and even caskets on display. The retail store, influenced by an earlier owner's Scandinavian heritage, continues to sell Swedish farmer's cheese and Norwegian flatbread. Shoppers can also pick up old-time candy and toys. You can even grab lunch at the Old Sautee Market behind the shop.
