Hotel Bella
One of Selçuk's best-located hotels, this older establishment has a spacious terrace overlooking the St. John Basilica opposite (and a stork nest in season) that makes a fine setting for breakfast only. All rooms are clean and some rooms have balconies, but all are quite plain and spare with very small bathrooms. Be sure to ask for a room with a basilica view—it's worth the small premium you'll pay. The hotel front is beautifully covered in ivy, but the reception door is easy to miss beside an independent Ottoman decorations shop. Overnight parking is free, but available until the tour buses arrive in the early morning.
Kalehan
The owners built on the site of their century-old farmhouse and decorated the reception areas with relics of traditional Anatolian life, antique furniture, carpets, and dark timber beams, but the spacious rooms are modern and refurbished regularly. The hotel has a large landscaped garden between the reception block and rooms, with a pool that's very welcome after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant serves a small menu of mezes, salads, and grilled meat and fish. Parking is available in front of the hotel, and shops and sights are within walking distance.

Livia Garden Hotel
This modern hotel, built to emulate old Selçuk style houses with enclosed balconies on upstairs rooms and around a pleasant garden, has the welcome addition of a swimming pool. The spacious rooms are very clean and well-appointed with fine furnishings and facilities. A garden restaurant is the spot for relaxed breakfasts for guests, and an evening a la carte grill menu.
