Hotel Nilya

$$ | Ataturk Mah. 1051 Sok. No:7, Selçuk, Türkiye

The old gate opens to reveal a charming small courtyard where on the terrace, and above along the shared veranda of the restored building, are the twelve clean, comfortable rooms—each beautifully decorated with an Ottoman flourish and ornaments. Views over the plain behind Selçuk can be enjoyed by guests coming upstairs, while the courtyard is the place for breakfast and relaxed drinks. In cool weather, meals and drinks move indoors to the lounge decorated with more items from the hosts, Erdal and Nazmi's shop around the corner in front of St. John Basilica. Short walks also lead to the museum, shops, and restaurants in the old town and transport points.
