Getting Oriented

Located in the Northern Adriatic region of Croatia, Istria is the country’s largest peninsula, facing the Venetian lagoon to the west and Kvarner Bay to the southeast. Reaching Istria is easy: many large European cities are less than a five-hour drive away. Pula is a seasonal airport, and airports in Venice, Trieste, and Zagreb are all within a three-hour drive.
