Chef Orlando Satchell's second restaurant opened on "restaurant row" in busy Rodney Bay Village in 2020. As in the original Orlando's restaurant in Soufrière, the renowned chef's signature "Share the Love" Caribbean cuisine is the focus here, which means using local ingredients—organic as much as possible. On the dinner menu, for example, the "island" salad combines green mango and christophene; baby back ribs come with a BBQ sauce fortified with local Chairman's rum; rack of lamb is marinated in St. Lucian cocoa and served with mashed callaloo and a guava and red wine jus; and the chicken breast is seasoned with ginger and soaked in Piton beer before being grilled to perfection.
