Long-distance views are on the menu in the breezy, reggae-color Stoutt’s Lookout, the domain of gregarious owner Prince Stoutt, who serves a punch made with local Callwood rum and pineapple, guava, and orange juice. Free Wi-Fi encourages you to linger in seats along a railing overlooking Cane Garden Bay.
The island’s first microbrewery and taproom is worth a visit for its friendly service, free samples, and pints of the BVI’s own take on the Caribbean-style lager, IPA, stout, and other rotating offerings. There's no on-site kitchen, but the non-beer drinkers will find a full bar. The space, located in a warehouse just outside of town on the Road Harbour waterfront, has a pubby, social atmosphere.
