The perfect spot for a romantic evening, this elegant French eatery serves creative combinations of fusion cuisine, innovative cocktails, and selections from its generous wine list. The décor is both sophisticated and relaxed, with dramatic triangular sails shading the patio, and soft lighting and billowing draperies inside. Menu items are decidedly French, and each plate is prepared like a mini work of art. For an indulgent experience ask to dine on one of the canopy beds and lounge like an emperor. The Dover sole is prepared tableside (or bedside) à la meunière (lightly floured and sautéed) and makes for a great photo-op. Crepes Suzette are also prepared tableside. Explore some of the signature or specialty cocktails, like the apple cinnamon mojitos. They're some of the best on the island.
