Cat Ba's bar scene can be a fluid beast with frequent name changes having the potential to confuse visitors. This lively oceanfront option used to be The Good Bar, which itself was part of Noble House. Nothing much has been done to change the long-standing formula for success, bar the addition of some pretty deafening DJ nights.
