Explaining the vaunted steak at EL CAPRICHO.. (at a table in their cave) ...a highlight was the Cecina from Leon, and the roasted red peppers. The steak was "interesting," Their hallmark is the beef from oxen ranging from 13 to 15b years in age, which would be considered "too old" by most asadores.
