Vitello tonnato, a Piemontese summer dish, covered with a zabaglione foam......almost like a beef carpaccio with a very subtle tuna sauce. (20 euro) I wish the tuna was more forward....truly it reminded me of rare roast beef. Excellent rendition, but would not order again.....another reminder of how important it is to read up on the various dishes in a particular restaurant, or visit often to become familiar with the menu. After this, I was already full!!!
