Simple ingredients together result in a smashing pasta dish: Fresh tagliolini alle carretriera with fried zucchini in razor-thin slices, and a sublime sauce made from three (!!) types of Sicilian tomatoes: Pacchino, datterino, and one more I did not catch. Good restaurants will usually note the tomato variety on their menus. We drove so many times through Pacchino last year, and during our first week spent near Marina di Ragusa. Now I very much regret stopping for seeds and information!
