Can someone please tell me where I can buy ZIP TIES or CABLE TIES? Thank you.

I would think any basic hardware store would have them. Also perhaps an auto parts store. I think even Costco has a set of several sizes.

The electrical department of any hardware store will have them. Sometimes they are called tie-wraps.
