Yellowstone national park

Hi...my wife and I would be visiting YNP from 27 to 29 July. We would be flying into SLC on the 26th and will be staying at the west Yellowstone throughout our trip..so we would have 3 full days at the park. Could you please suggest us any good itineries which could cover major attractions in the park..we would be flying out from SLC on the 30th July at 2350hrs...so in case Grand Teton is doable that day please let us know...thanks..

The National Park Service website for Yellowstone is a wealth of information on the various parts and details of locations in the park, as well as planning information. A thorough browse may be all the information you need.

Another source of information is to look at trip reports here, put Yellowstone into the search box at the top of the page.

Skim through a few TRs and look for ones that sound like folks with similar interests/actiivity level to yourself for ideas. Yellowstone is huge and some people focus on hiking others geologic features, others on animals, ranger programs, etc.
