Wrigley Field in Chicago
My first time in Chicago will be in late August and I'll go to see a Cubs game against the Cards (either Fri at 2:20, Sat at 12:05 or Sat eve at 7:05). I just searched e-bay for tickets and the best seats were in the 200 section (terrace). What do you think my chances will be of picking up 2 Club Box seats...or Field Box seats from other brokers or on the street? How much mark-up? Also, what side of the stadium faces the sun?
If I go to an afternoon game, I'd rather not
face the sun. Thanks!

You can see the stadium seating on www.chicagocubs.com -- Clark Street is basically west (it runs on a diagonal, but it's the west side of the stadium). Therefore, unless you're in the bleachers, you won't be hit from the west(or south) with the afternoon sun.
As for the tickets, well, it depends on the weather, how well the cubs and the cards are doing, and what else is going on that day. You may have better luck Friday than on the weekend with scalpers. I haven't bought scalped tickets there in a couple of years.

Alooohaaa, In the past, we have waited to a little after game time and have got some "good deals" from scalpers.
We'll be there for the D'back series in 2 weeks. Got Friday's tickets from some friends and we'll "freelance" the other 2 days..."Bleachers"??? If you don't like the sun, as mentioned above, stay outta the bleachers.
Ahhhh...an Old Style and a Brat at Wrigley. Does it get any better?
