I've heard of two, Google "gutsy women" and not sure "menopausal women" or "menopausal tours".
I am not joking, those are tour groups!
Also Elderhostel has programs for women only. And their programs can be very active, like hiking, biking - it's all in the description.

I've gone on some trips with Women Travelling Together that I've enjoyed. However, I don't know what you'd consider "high end". These are nice trips with perfectly fine hotels, but I probably wouldn't call them luxury.
However, the best thing for me was the friendly nature of the women. I travelled alone and they made me feel very welcome.
