wine tours and restaurants

Would you recommend the Cloud Climbers Jeep Wine Tours or Sustainable Vine Tours? Also has anyone taken a cooking class while visiting Santa Barbara - if so, where would you recommend? Restaurant recommendations as well -opinions on Brophy brothers,Chad’s
Palazzio Trattoria,Carlito’s, Opal and any others that have great food, atmosphere, and are not super expensive.

Take a look at Fess Parker's Winery & Resort www.fessparker.com for a neat place.

Still looking for someone who has done the Cloud Climbers Jeep Wine Tours. Also still looking for somewhere in the area that offers cooking classes as well. Thanks
