I looked on the www.colonialwilliamsburg.org site and only saw the regular menus. My suggestion would be to call 1-800-TAVERNS.
It isn't a Tavern, but I know that the Trellis does not have a children's menu.

This is probably too late for your trip but for other readers....The Williamsburg Lodge has great children's food at a fraction of the Tavern prices. Ate there recently & was surrounded by lots of kids enjoying a great meal in beautiful surroundings.
